Tiger Share is committed to providing high-quality mobile oil change services and customer satisfaction. If a customer is dissatisfied with the completed service, they must notify our team within 24 hours so we can review and resolve the issue appropriately. Refunds may be approved only in cases where services were not completed as agreed or when verified service-related issues occur. Refund requests are reviewed individually and may require supporting information or inspection. Charges for completed services, used materials, or additional approved work may not be fully refundable. Appointment cancellation requests should be made before the scheduled service time to avoid cancellation fees. Our goal is to resolve concerns quickly and fairly while maintaining the highest level of customer care.
